Description | CTNNB1 S37P lies within the ubiquitination recognition motif of the Ctnnb1 protein and occurs at a Gsk3b phosphorylation site on the Ctnnb1 protein (PMID: 10347231). S37P has not been characterized, however other S37 “hotspot" mutations are activating thus, S37P is predicted to result in a gain of Ctnnb1 function (PMID: 9671767, PMID: 10347231). |
